Jaco van Biljon, the Founder and CEO, of Hibiscus Human Resources (Pty) Ltd, started in the Labour and Dispute Resolution Industry in 2001. Initially starting out in the Harry Gwala District in Kokstad, KwaZulu-Natal, Jaco quickly honed his skills and become one of the leading Labour Law Consultants within the District and assisted numerous Employers with becoming compliant with Labour Legislation.
Jaco ended up relocating to the sunny South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal where he started Hibiscus Human Resources in the year 2016. Initially Hibiscus Human Resources started off as a one man band, however Jaco was quickly joined by his own son, Charl van Biljon, General Manager of Hibiscus Human Resources. Charl has completed his Bachelors of Laws Degree through Unisa whilst working full time within the Labour Law field since 2016.
The team quickly expanded and Jaco and Charl were joined by various other professionals all with their own unique background and specific set of skills. The team currently has a combined experience portfolio of approximately 70 years between them and pride themselves with assisting all Employers in becoming compliant with all Labour Legislation.
